DELIVERY & REFUNDS

Delivery charges vary by zone, with free delivery available above certain amounts in all areas.

Delivery to Cork City & Suburbs costs €6 (free for orders worth over €30).

 

Within a 30km radius, we charge €9 (no charge on orders greater than €45). Towns within this distance include Macroom, Bandon, Kinsale, Carrigaline and Cobh.

 

For all orders between 30 & 50km in distance, delivery costs €12, with this charge waived on amounts over €60 in value. Applicable towns include Mallow, Bantry, Clonakilty, Midleton, Youghal, Fermoy, Mitchelstown and Charleville.

We also offer the option, at no additional charge, to collect our items from our premises. Simply choose the option that suits you at checkout.

Both Delivery and Collection orders are produced on the same day as you receive them, so you'll always get the product at its freshest.

We make deliveries beyond Cork on a case-by-case basis. Please call Adam (087-2117883) or e-mail us (Lauanadesigns@gmail.com) and we will see what we can do :)

We offer morning (9am - 12 Noon) and afternoon (2pm - 5pm) delivery windows. Where possible, in consultation with the customer, we can offer a more precise delivery time to meet their needs.

 

Collections from our premises can be carried out between 9am and 5pm. Customers are encouraged to phone when they are about to head to us so we can make sure their pickup goes seamlessly.

Whether you're being notified of a delivery or invited to collect your products, please note you will receive notice of this before the end of the preceding day.
