About Us
Our Story​
​It all began in 2019 when we were organizing our own wedding and looking for a unique favour for our guests. Lauana decided to put together her love for chocolate, her roots from Brazil and her own baking talent to make her first batch of Gourmet Brigadeiro.
Beginning production in our own kitchen, we started selling our Brigadeiro at farmers’ markets. There, we were able to engage in a direct exchange with our customers. Valuing the insights these exchanges gave us, we adjusted and perfected our recipes accordingly and started to build a following.
Our Brigadeiros
We meticulously craft our chocolate using condensed milk and 70%-cocoa Belgian Chocolate to a perfect balance of sweetness, with different variations and flavours. Brigadeiro appear at once as creamy truffles, while being chewy like caramel and intense as a fudge.
If you’ve never tried them, Brigadeiro will be an entirely-new chocolate experience. Our gourmet options steal the show as party plates, favour boxes, or gorgeous gifts. In turns a coffee companion or after-meal dessert, they make a stylish addition to a celebration, whether it's a wedding, communion or birthday.

The one with the ideas, Lauana arrived in Ireland from Brazil in 2017 and is passionate about the sweets of her native country as well as all things craft & design.​

The one who loves to talk, Adam is a Cork-native who’s really selective about both Brigadeiro flavours and the emojis he uses in our Social Media.
